Feast of the Archangels

Football Sunday

I love the excitement in Mikey's face!
He is running with all his heart and channeling his inner Viking, even though his flag has already been pulled :)
Here he is again on the run
He does a nice cut here
but he has 3 guys covering him so he did not get too far
All 4 grandparents watching from the sidelines
This "Hole Punch Cloud" reminded me of Our Lady of Guadalupe
Behind Grandma's condo
It's Miller time

the feast of saint thérèse

Actually the Feast of Saint Therese the Little Flower is on October 1st which is Mateo's birthday.
But we made a pilgrimage to the Shrine of the Little Flower and to visit friends.

another week in photos

Rupunzel
Mikey flag football game on Sunday afternoon.
The weather was quite cool and alternated between sunshine and downpours
Some people toughed it out on the sidelines while others toughed it out in the van
There was a beautiful rainbow afterwards and the weather has been fantastic all week since
Mass and lunch at Saint Catherine's for Grandparents Day
A few fires this week in the backyard
Perfect nights for a fire
The lake behind Grandma & Grandpa's condo in Northville
They have had lots of work done this week finally.
The kitchen and bathrooms and almost complete
Mateo, Mikey & Paulina mugging for the camera
Here is Mateo in a last ditch effort to get a treat from the checkout line
Here's Carmen trying to help Mateo ride a 2 wheeler although Mateo could even put on a pair of shoes
